What is your cancellation policy?
If you have provided at least 24-hours notice that you are cancelling your booking, then no charge is incurred. If you provide less than 24-hours notice or you fail to show up for your booking with no contact at all, then we will charge you the equivalent of one nights room rate for your booking.
Why do you require my credit/debit card details when I book?
We take down details of a credit/debit card to secure your booking against our 24-hour cancellation policy. The only instance we charge the card you provide is if you do not cancel your booking in-line with our policy.
When can I check-in?
Rooms are ready to check-in from midday, however if you need access to a room earlier we will try our best to accommodate this, please discuss this with us when you make your booking. Our latest check-in is 9pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 10:30am. If you need to store luggage with us then we may be able to arrange this, please discuss this with us when you make your booking. Depending on our availability, we may be able to offer a later check-out time, this is purely at the managers discretion and must be pre-arranged.
Do you have a curfew?
No not at all! Our latest check-in is 9pm, but once you are checked in with us then we provide you with your own key so that you can come and go as you please. All we ask is that if you leave or return to your room very late or very early, that you do so quietly so that you don't disturb our other guests.
